Walt Disney World Resort Property Rules are public: suitcases, bags, coolers or backpacks, with or without wheels, larger than 24" long × 15" wide × 18" high are not allowed in any theme park or water park. Glass stays out of those parks except small baby-food jars. That is one operator’s published list. Other parks in the metro screen bags on their own pages. If the overnight is the flight, TSA’s liquids rule limits carry-on liquids, aerosols, gels, creams and pastes to travel-sized containers of 3.4 ounces (100 milliliters) or less, in one quart-sized bag. Pack larger toiletries in checked baggage. A tote as a personal item still has to live with that rule if sunscreen and a full bottle ride in it through MCO. A duffel you check can take the family-size tube. A duffel you carry cannot.
Humidity and a bottle that has to stay upright
July’s mean high at Orlando International sits near 92°F on the 1991 to 2020 NOAA normals, with wet-season humidity in the high seventies. Afternoon heat indexes in the low hundreds are ordinary news from NWS Melbourne. Canvas in that air takes moisture. A bottle on its side sweats a ring.
